Red Cross Announces Video Contest Winners!

The month of March is recognized every year as “Red Cross Month.” This year, the Red Cross in southern Nevada held a video contest for people or groups to share how they experience the Red Cross in their lives.

All the videos submitted were great, but we could only pick one. This year’s “March Is Red Cross Month” Video Contest winners are the members of the Red Cross club at Shadow Ridge High School in Las Vegas, NV. President of the club, Angel Vasquez, and 10 others, made a video that highlights the spirit of the Red Cross – helping others in times of need.

The video can be found at the bottom of this post. All of the participants in the video will receive Red Cross prizes. Congratulations to everyone.

Thank you all for your submissions. And remember, you don’t have to wait for a contest to show your Red Cross spirit and to highlight the fun activities that you experience when doing Red Cross work. Help us to showcase the great work that you do for the Red Cross by sharing.

Red Cross contests are not over yet. There is still time to submit a drawing for the southern Nevada Red Cross Pin Contest. Details can be found here.
