Community Resource List for Carpenter 1 Fire


The response from the community on the Carpenter 1 fire has been overwhelming. The Red Cross wanted to provide you with a list of resources for your residents.


General Fire Information

Those interested in the most up to date information of the fire can call the information line at (702) 799-4610.  That line is staffed daily from 7am to 10pm.



To become a Red Cross volunteer, please visit our website at: to begin the online application process.  Currently we are utilizing Red Cross volunteers and our community partner volunteers for our staffing needs.

The Red Cross is seeking monetary donations for our Fire Hurts…Red Cross Helps Campaign.  This campaign helps those affected by home and wild land fires such as the Carpenter 1 Fire.  Donations can be made at

The generosity of the community for both those families affected and the firefighters has been overwhelming.  Right now, the needs of both the evacuees and firefighters have been met.  Should the situation change, we will adjust our response to meet those needs.
